Where are my files saved?
On Android and computers, files go to the Downloads folder. On iPhone and iPad (Safari), they are saved in the Files app → Downloads. From there you can save them to Photos with the Share button.
Why can't some videos be downloaded?
Private content, content that requires a login, or content restricted by region can't be reached by our server. Make sure the post is public, then try again.
How do I download MP3?
After the link is processed, choose the MP3 option under Audio. The sound is taken from the video and converted to 192 kbps MP3.
Do TikTok videos have a watermark?
We always prefer the version without a watermark when it's available. Options that include a watermark are labeled Watermark.
Are my files stored on your server?
No. Files are sent from the original platform straight to your device and are not kept on our server.
